New FeatureYou can now bring your existing US local and toll-free numbers into the platform without leaving the platform. No external porting form, no back-and-forth support ticket — just a guided, four-step request you can submit and track in one place.
Where to find it
Phone System → Phone Numbers → Add Number → Port-in Numbers
Once you submit, every request lives on the new
Port-in Numbers
tab, so you always know where things stand.# How it works
Porting is now a short, guided flow:
- Agreement checklist— Review and accept the standard porting terms: you'll pay standard rates once the port completes, you'll keep your numbers active with your current carrier until it does, you're responsible for any termination charges, and messaging may be unavailable for up to 3 business days after the port.

- Number entry— Enter your carrier account number, then the numbers you want to bring over. Add several at once by separating them with commas. If your current carrier requires a port-out PIN or the last 4 digits of the account holder's SSN to release a number, there's a field for that too.

- Additional details— Name the request (optional), tell us whether the account is residential or business, and add the account holder's name, authorized email, and the full service address on file with your current carrier.

- Document upload— Upload a recent billing statement as proof of ownership. That's the only document we need from you.

Then hit
Submit request
— you'll get a confirmation with your Request ID right away.
What's better about it
- The Letter of Authorization writes itself. We generate the LOA from the details you entered and email it to your authorized representative for digital signature. You never have to prepare, download, or upload one.
- One document instead of a pile.A recent billing statement is all you need to attach.
- Live status, no chasing. Each request shows its numbers, Request ID, created date, current status —In review, In progress, Completed,orRejected— and a plain-English description of what your carrier is doing right now. Statuses update automatically as the port moves along.
- Bulk-friendly.Submit a single number or a whole list in one request.
Good to know
- US local and toll-free numbers onlyfor now. Other number types and international porting are planned for a later phase.
- Porting usually takes 5–15 business days.It can stretch to 4 weeks if your current carrier rejects the request.
- Details matter.A mismatched name, account number, or PIN is the most common reason a port gets delayed or cancelled — double-check them against your latest bill before you submit.
- Keep your numbers activewith your current carrier until the port finishes. Cancelling early will fail the port.
- Billing statement requirements:PDF or image, up to 10 MB, not password-protected, and dated within the last 60 days.
- If a request is cancelled, you can simply submit a new one.
